- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
- We may request photos or videos of the product for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing components.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges only for the same model in case of defects or wrong items delivered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed unless the product has not yet been dispatched.
